UI/UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team and create exceptional user experiences for our software applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that prioritize usability and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for user interfaces across various platforms (web, mobile, desktop).
• Create visually appealing and consistent user interface designs, including typography, color schemes, iconography, and layouts.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices, design standards, and accessibility guidelines.
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design patterns, and usability best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI/UX design work for digital products or applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in agile or lean development methodologies.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Video edditing skills 
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508).
